This promotion enables existing Dynamics on-premises customers with an active Enhancement Plan (EP) to obtain discounted cloud licenses through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
Promotion General Information*
Eligible Products: This promotion applies to customers migrating from most Dynamics on-premises perpetual products purchased through DPL to functionally similar Dynamics 365 online per-user offers available on NCE for commercial customers (no EDU or GOV specific offers) with a 3-year term.
Signup Period: January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024.
Promotion Duration: Fixed 3-year term from enrollment. Non-renewable. After promotion ends, normal pricing will apply.
Pricing: 40% discount on the standard commercial list price. Available to purchase through CSP (Integrato)

- $0 users – for qualifying customers that purchase double their EP cost in licenses for equivalent use, they may be eligible to request extra licenses at no cost.

Licensing Requirements:
- Initial CSP value and Maintain CSP Value: Customer must purchase eligible Dynamics online licenses with an annualized value greater than or equal to the annual EP renewal amount of their existing Dynamics on-premises license. Customers must maintain the minimum CSP license value during the promotional term.Active EP plan: Customers must have an active EP plan for the on-premises system being migrated.

How it Works: Below is an example for GP customers, but this applies to any of the qualifying Dynamics on-premise scenarios.
Take your annual GP Enhancement Plan (EP) amount, divide that by 12 (for 12 months). You need to meet or exceed the monthly amount in Promotion licenses to qualify. In this example, this customer is migrating to Business Central. Therefore, they can get the below license quantities to meet their monthly EP amount, 7 Essentials and 5 Team Member. If they need more, they can always have more.
